Estimates and quotes
Quote it on the walk-through. Bill it when you're done.
Walk the job and say the scope. Voice To Task CRM drafts the estimate with materials, labor and the customer, and you send it as a PDF before you leave. When the work is finished, the same draft becomes the invoice.
- 200 A panel and breakers$950.00
- Labor (8 hours)$760.00
- Two garage circuits$140.00
How it works
From the walk-through to paid, one draft.
1. Say the scope
Tap record while you look the job over. Name the materials, the hours and the customer, the way you would explain it to your crew.
2. Share as estimate
Check the draft, then share it as an estimate PDF. It is marked as an estimate, not an invoice, so your customer knows the final number can change.
3. Finalize into the invoice
When the work is done, adjust anything that changed and finalize. The same draft becomes the invoice, then you mark it paid when the money lands.
Good to know
Estimates that read like you wrote them.
- Materials, labor and other charges on their own lines, each one editable
- Labor priced at your own hourly rate when you don't say a number
- Your sales tax, VAT or GST, with taxable lines you choose
- PDFs in your language and your region's currency, in nine languages
- Follow-ups with due dates, so the “call them Friday about the quote” doesn't slip
